What We Sell:

Each sales contract concerns shoes, bags, or handmade accessories made in Italy, as specified in the order confirmation sent by Judy Mazzotti.

How to Order:

To make a purchase, you must place an order either in writing or online. Once received, the order will be confirmed via email. Only upon this confirmation will the purchase be considered valid.

Payment:

100% payment is required upon order confirmation. Payment can be made via bank transfer or using the methods listed on the checkout page. Failure to pay may result in delays in production or delivery.

Shipping & Delivery:

Shipping costs will be communicated before final order confirmation. The indicated shipping date is approximate and may vary. In the event of delays, you will be promptly notified. Products are shipped at the customer’s risk from the moment they leave our facility.

Prices:

All prices are in Euros and include VAT (if applicable). Standard packaging is included in the price. Special packaging can be requested at an additional cost. Shipping charges vary depending on the delivery location specified in the order.

Warranty & Claims

Judy Mazzotti products are guaranteed for 1 months from delivery against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper use or negligence

-Transport damage not reported within 2 days

* Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Claims:

If there are issues (e.g., incorrect quantity, wrong size, visible defects), they must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be returned at the customer’s expense for evaluation. If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. Refunds are not issued if the product matches the confirmed order.

### Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to exceptional events (such as wars, pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
